Pneumatic compressor

A concrete mixer with pneumatic supply of the mixture (pneumatic blower) designed for preparing and supplying cement-sand mortars, all kinds of building mixtures and concrete with a fraction size of up to 30mm to the laying site. Allows you to mechanize the process of preparing and laying mixtures and solutions.

A concrete mixer with pneumatic supply of the mixture (pneumatic blower) is a good alternative to a concrete pump, which is used in general construction work related to concreting, filling all types of formwork with concrete during the construction of walls, columns, floors, foundations, various tunnels and floors.

Pneumatic compressor

This type of concrete pump is environmentally friendly, which meets modern requirements for the production of concrete work and living conditions. It can be either the main or additional equipment on a construction site.

Pneumatic compressor
Application:
  • monolithic house construction using panel formwork, when pouring the foundation, ceiling, walls and columns;
  • pouring floors, pouring concrete floors;
  • repair and restoration work, where it is impossible to supply the solution to the installation site using traditional methods;
  • construction and repair work in mines, subways, tunnels, and in the mountains, when it is impossible to use large-sized special equipment;
  • supply of various building materials (foam concrete, polystyrene concrete, slag, expanded clay, etc.);
  • it is possible to use a pneumatic blower in combination with a foam generator for preparing and supplying foam concrete.
Advantages:
  • works with any construction mixtures;
  • the ability to connect concrete pipelines of different diameters to the pneumatic blower;
  • can transport construction mixtures with aggregate size up to 30 mm;
  • working capacity volume 500 liters;
  • productivity up to 7m3/h;
  • skip installed as standard;
  • mobility, maneuverability and quick readiness for work;
  • environmentally friendly (has no harmful emissions, does not require fuel);
  • does not require an additional source of compressed air;
  • possibility of operation in enclosed spaces and in places with increased noise requirements;
  • the ability to prepare the mixture using a pneumatic compressor directly at the construction site.
